How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our website by selecting the products you want, adding them to your shopping cart, and completing the checkout process with your payment and shipping information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, PayPal, and credit cards for secure and easy payments.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on working days before 2 p.m. will be shipped the same day and delivered within 2 calendar days in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over €25. For orders under €25, shipping is €6.
Can I pick up my order in the store?
We are currently not offering in-store pickup. All orders will be shipped directly to the address you provided.
How can I track my order?
Track & trace information is available upon request. Please contact our customer service to receive shipping information for your order.
What is your return policy?
You can return products within 14 days of receipt. Contact us by email or through our website to initiate a return. We'll provide a return label and accept returns free of charge under certain conditions.
