Returns Policy
- Return period:
Customers have 14 days after receiving their order to submit a return. This period begins the day after delivery. - Procedure for registering a return:

- Return shipping costs:
Returns are free for customers. Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your return label. - Condition of returned products:
All toys are eligible for return, even if the packaging has been opened. Products must be returned in their original condition. Opened packaging is acceptable, but products with significant signs of wear may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return. - Multiple and partial returns:
If multiple items were ordered at the same time, they may be returned in a single shipment. Refunds will be processed based on the actual items returned. - Lost or damaged returns:
If a returned product is lost or damaged in transit, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. We expect products to be returned in the condition in which they were received. - Exchanges:
Exchanges are possible if the desired product is in stock. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. - Damaged or defective products upon receipt:
If a product arrives damaged or defective, we do not automatically offer a refund. If you wish to return the damaged product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs plus a €5 handling fee. - Refund processing:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned products. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. - Customer Service:
