Best4Juniors ("we," "us," "our") operates the webshop best4juniors.nl. The company is registered in Weert, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number: Kv7C6HI39). By using our webshop and placing orders, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. - Use of the webshop and age restriction
Our webshop is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Users under 16 may only use the webshop with the permission of a parent or guardian. - Order acceptance and conclusion of the agreement
Orders are only accepted if the products are in stock. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products under these terms and conditions. The agreement is concluded once we confirm your order by sending a confirmation email. - Prices and payment
We accept payments via iDEAL, PayPal, and credit cards. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is due at the time of ordering. - Cancellation and returns
Customers can cancel orders subject to our returns policy. We may cancel orders if products are out of stock. Please see our returns policy for full details. - Warranty and liability
We do not provide any warranties on our products beyond statutory rights. If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer should contact us immediately. Eligibility for a replacement or refund depends on product availability and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We limit our liability to direct damages up to a maximum of the order value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits or data. - Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@best4juniors.nl. We will assess the matter individually and try to offer a suitable solution, which may include replacement products. - Intellectual property

We reserve the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website. Continued use of the webshop after publication means you accept the updated terms. - Force majeur
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government measures or technical failures. - Privacy
